Born 1968 in Belgium, i was first bitten by the photography bug by the age of 16, using a simple Canon camera with only one (although magnificent) 50mm lens. Twenty-four years later the bug is still there, however the equipment is not fitting anymore in one bag : using digital cameras (Canon Eos5D) with a whole array of lenses (plus studio flash), as well as the traditional film format (medium format) for panoramic images I am now primarily concentrating on landscape, nature and travel related work for stock, commissions and publishing. I have been honoured with having my photographs exhibited in Europe as part of the Trierenberg Circuit and Al Thani Awards on several occasions. My photographs are marketed through Gallo images, which is a master delegate of Getty images. I am member of MEPP (Middle East Professional Photographers) and am one of the select few of "Fotoman Professionals". In case you would be interested to purchase any of my work, or hire me for assignments please feel free to contact me on :.

My current photographic adventures can be followed on my photoblog, which I try to keep up-to-date as good as possible.
And finally, for the curious : the symbols on top of the page are forming an ancient Sanskrit blessing used in a famous Buddhist mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum" literally meaning "The Jewel in the Lotus" - it is found everywhere in countries influenced by Tibetan Buddhism.
