The Trierenberg and Special Themes Circuit are well-known international photo competitions drawing entries from nearly every country in the world. In the last fourteen years it has attracted hundreds of thousands of entries - they are by far the largest annual salons of photography in the world.
The Al Thani Award is founded by H.E. Sheikh Saoud Al-Thani from Qatar, the world's most important art collector.
